The vast majority of personal injuries * cases arising out of road traffic accidents will be submitted to the Injuries Board for assessment. Our services include taking detailed instructions in relation to the debt owed, sending the initial demand letter and, if no response is forthcoming, issuing proceedings in the relevant Court for recovery of the debt. What is the time frame within which to bring a claim for personal injuries?
A claim for personal injuries must be brought within two years from the date of the cause of action or from the date of the plaintiff first has the requisite knowledge of the injury.
